The advance amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. If a booking is cancelled at least 7 days before departure, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of departure. If a tour is cancelled by the company, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded or adjusted against a future departure.
